P.R.I.S.M. - Paranormal Research & Investigative Studies Midwest - PRISM Investigation - Bellevue Mobile Home

In late April of 2005, the PRISM paranormal research team was contacted by Amy and Rick C.
They owned a mobile home that had been custom built for them in the year 2000 in Aurora, Nebraska, and was later transported to its present location in Bellevue, Nebraska. For the past two years, they, along with their son, had been experiencing some rather strange occurrences in the house. The paranormal activity that they reported consisted of hearing voices, seeing a shadowy male figure, and experiencing electrical anomalies such as the television volume increasing on its own, and various lights around the house turning on and off unexplainably.

Pre-Investigation - 5/2/05

PRISM investigators David Rodriguez, Dan Christianson, and Josie R. visited the home to conduct interviews, take some baseline tests, and shoot some photos. No out of the ordinary EMF readings were recorded.

On May 20, 2005, PRISM investigators David Rodriguez, Dan Christianson, Karen C., and Carl N., conducted an overnight investigation of the Bellevue mobile home. No anomalous EMF readings were recorded, but pretty much everyone who was at the home that night, including the homeowners, Rick and Amy C., who were present during the investigation, experienced paranormal sensations. Carl, Karen, Dan, and Rick, experienced cold spots, tingling sensations, and goose bumps during various times throughout the night. Both Karen and David heard voices on a couple of occasions. While David spent some time alone in the guest bedroom, he heard a female voice whisper something in his right ear.

EVP: CLASS B

This EVP was captured on a Sony Handycam DCM-HC40 video camera in the living room of the mobile home. The EVP is heard prior to Carl saying "Right in here I get that goosebumpy feeling." The spirit voice says what sounds like "David."

This EVP was captured on a digital audio recorder in the guest bedroom of the mobile home. Both Dan and Karen were in the room at the time, and everyone else was in the living room.

Dan says, "I know it's really hard, but try to talk ...talk louder please." This is followed by a voice that screams out "God damn!" and a second voice saying something like "I took." This second voice sounds like the voice of a child. It was first assumed that the first voice saying the prophanity was of someone in the living room, but further inspection (and questioning of those that were there) revealed that this is not the voice of anyone who was present during the investigation.

Dan says, "What is your name? " This is followed by a voice (or voices) saying something unknown (very hard to hear) followed by what sounds like a cough. After the EVP occured, Karen thinks she hears something, and asks, "Was that you?"

Some voices are heard talking, saying something unknown (very hard to hear), and both Karen and Dan think that they hear something in the room. After the EVP, Karen asks Dan, "Did you hear that?" and Dan replies "...I heard something."
