History:
Coral Castle is the creation of Edward Leedskalin, a native Latvian who emigrated to America before World War I. He made and positioned everything single handedly using techniques which he claimed were used by the ancient Egyptians in constructing the pyramids. He worked in secrecy during the night and no one ever saw him at work. he was only 5ft and weighed 100 pounds and had only a fourth grade education. he used handmade saws, chisels, chains, hoists and primitve hammers. his only means of transport was an old bicycle with no tyres.
Some teenagers spying on him claimed that he floated coral blocks through the air like balloons. In the 1970s a bulldozer was used to try to move a coral block very similar to the castles 30ft monolith, it could not even lift it. There are many theories as to how coral castle was constructed. Many claim that Leedskalnin learned the secrets of the world grid, an invisible network of energy lines which surround the Earth and which are concentrated where they meet. Coral castle is supposedly over one of these points of intersection.
Its is said that the geometric position of the site is ideal for setting up harmonics related to gravity and light. Leedskalnin himself said that he had merely rediscovered the laws of weight, measurement and leverage used by the ancient Egyptians and that these involved the relationship of the earth to certain heavenly bodies.
A brief history of Coral Castle and Edward Leedskalnin
Born in 1887 in Latvia he emigrated to America before the outbreak of World War I. He eventually moved to Florida due to its climate. He purchased an acre of land near Florida city for $12. It was here that he began construction of coral castle.
In 1936 developers threatened to set up a subdivision near Florida city. Leedskalnin bought some land in nearby Homstead using money he had earned doing various jobs for local farmers and proceeded to relocate all of his sculptures. He dismantled the nearly complete castle and moved it block by block. Each piece had to be put onto makeshift truck chassis and transported 10 miles. He relied on outside help for this task. He hired a tractor and insisted that the driver was not present during the loading or unloading. He singlehandedly loaded and unloaded massive bloacks of coral. The driver would turn up at 9am and would return in the afternoon to a loaded chassis. One day the driver forgot his lunch and came back to the tractor after only half an hour to find that several of the stones were already loaded. He said that it was impossible to load the amount that was there in less than half an hour even using steam power methods.
Somehow Leedskalnin managed to relocate evrything in a month and rearrange everything under the cover of darkness. He also added walls 8ft high and 4ft wide, which weighed at least 6.5 tons.
After the castle was completed he opened it the public for the small charge of 25cents per visitor. He lived behind those walls in selusion and secrecy. He was a friendly and quiet person. Onec he was beaten by a local gang who threatened to kill him if he didnt give him the location of a treasure which was supposedly located inside the castle.
His work was his life and he lived on a diet of sardines, eggs, crackers and milk. His small garden gave him a few vegetables and fruit.
Sadly he passed away in his sleep in 1953 due to malnutrition and kideny failure. After his death his life savings amounting to $3,500 were found.

On November 28, 2005, PRISM founder and lead investigator, David Rodriguez, and PRISM investigator Josie R., conducted a preliminary investigation of Coral Castle in Homestead, Florida. A tour of the property was taken, and interviews were conducted with two of Coral Castle's staff. Many photographs and short bits of video were taken. Baseline EMF readings were taken. The EMF floor measured a constant 1 to 2 mG within the castle's walls, with several exceptions (see photos below.)

Coral Castle - Living Quarters
The EMF floor in the second floor living quarters in Coral Castle measured an average of 1.5 to 2.5 mG, versus the average EMF floor of the rest of the property which measured between 1 to 2 mG. The photo below shows the readout of our CellSensor EMF meter at centered at 2mG in side of the living quarters.

Coral Castle - Living Quarters
We were told by the Coral Castle staff that a paranormal research team who had investigated the property in the past, noticed unusually high EMF levels in the living quarters. We did notice that an EMF spike of approximately 1 to 2 mG occurred across the top part of the metal railing around the room.
PRISM founder David Rodriguez can be seen below experiencing one of these EMF spikes occurring as the EMF meter's sensor gets closer to the top part of the railing.

Coral Castle - Polaris Telescope
A view of the Polaris telescope and adjacent pond. The telescope was built in two pieces. This is the outer part of the the telescope which is located by a small pond just 20 feet from the castle's northern wall. It is 25 feet tall and weighs approximately 40,000 pounds and was completed in 1940. It maintains a fixed view of Polaris (the North Star.)

Coral Castle - The Cooker
An interesting thing was noted in what is known as the cooker (a.k.a. Ed's BBQ.) The EMF floor in Coral Castle measured an average of 1.5 to 2.5 mG, but when the meter was brought into the cooker, the EMF level would go down to zero (0mG.) This did not occur in any other area inside the walls of Coral Castle.
In this photo, PRISM founder David R. can be seen testing the EMF levels inside of the cooker.

Coral Castle - The Cooker
A view inside of the cooker (a.k.a. Ed's BBQ) which was built by Ed Leedskalnin in 1930. A fire is built in the pit and pipe embedded below the fire serves as a down draft. There is a hole in the roof to vent smoke. The cooking pot which hangs on a pulley riding on a rail, was made out of a rear end housing of an old Ford. Food is placed in the container and then pushed over the fire. This sealed cooker actually acts as a pressure cooker.

Coral Castle - South Wall
It was in this area located by the easternmost of three steps (or benches?) along the South Wall, that an EMF spike registering between 4 to 5 mG was recorded throughout the preliminary investigation. The spot where this occurred was noted in the area marked by an 'X' on the ground, at an approximate height of 3 to 5 feet.
Coincidentally, it was in this area where a female psychic recently told the staff that a secret room might be found below ground.

Coral Castle - Moon Fountain
A view of the Moon Fountain and behind it, the North Wall. The Moon Fountain area was carved from three pieces of coral. The two moons, which weigh 18 tons each, represent the first and last quarters of the moon. The full moon is represented by the pond, which weighs 23 tons. The pond was lined with cement because of the porous nature of coral. A star island is located in the center of the moon pond.
