Investigation Findings

The master bedroom in the Des Moines residence was a room that the PRISM team were very excited to investigate. One of the owners of the home, Doug H., said that he had witnessed a white "shimmery" apparition appearing to him late at night on several occasions, in fact, he said that it would show itself to him once or twice a week. Unfortunately, the PRISM team didn't get to witness this apparition first-hand, but we did manage to capture other interesting evidence. One strange thing that did happen, was that the six hours of video surveillance cam footage that was taken in this room, mysteriously disappeared from the hard drive on the DVR unit.

In this recording, Dan C. asks, "If there are more than one spirit in this room, how many males?" and then he is answered by the spirit voice of a man that says, "Seven."

In this recording the spirit voice of a man is heard saying, "That's right", which is followed by an unexplainable sound.

This EVP was recorded by PRISM investigator Dan Christianson in Office #1 on a cassette recorder. In some of the clips, the EVP was then "cleaned up" with noise reduction and slowed down using Adobe Audition. This EVP took a bit of clean-up to hear, so the noise reduction applied is a thick and will end up sounding like tonal beeps.

2/12/05 @ 11:10pm: PRISM's lead investigator David Rodríguez caught several orbs flying around the investigators while in the guest bedroom. The people in the room at the time were PRISM investigator David R., PRISM investigator Laura M., and IWCC investigator Josh Rector. They were conducting an EVP session at the time this video was shot. No orbs appeared on film while the room was empty; they only appeared once the investigators entered the room and began their EVP session. The video camera that was used was a Sony DCR-HC40 with NightShot, and was mounted on a tripod.
