Investigation Findings

During PRISM's pre-investigation of the Des Moines home, we encountered what seemed to be a moving energy formation in the middle of office #2. We were very interested to see if the same phenomenon would appear again almost two weeks later during our full investigation of the home.

Sure enough, it did ...high EMF readings came and went throughout the night. These readings seemed to be constantly moving throughout the room, never staying in one place for too long. We were able to record a plethora of EVP, orb photos (all coinciding with EMF spikes of 2 to 10 mG), and even some video of orbs flying over some of the investigators heads. A couple of the investigators also noticed the sensation of their hair standing up on their arms and a tingling sensation in their hands.

Almost 20 EVP were recorded in the office, though most were very hard to hear. Most of them were AA-EVP Class C EVP. We have posted our favorites below.

The most activity in this room occurred between 3:30 am and 4:30 am. The EMF meters were going crazy and many photos of orbs, mists, and trails were captured in this timeframe.

This EVP was recorded by PRISM investigator David Rodríguez in Office #2 between 10:00 pm and 10:30 pm. An AT4050 condenser mic was fed directly into a Toshiba notebook computer via a Tascam US-122 Audio Interface.

In this recording, during complete silence, a spirit voice can be heard saying what sounds like, "I'll tell her this is Cynthia"

In this recording, PRISM lead investigator David Rodríguez says, "We're just gonna have to turn those lights off over there." Immediately after that, a spirit voice can be heard whispering something unknown.

This audio stream was recorded right after the lights were turned off in the office. PRISM investigator Laura M. then asked, "What's your name?" Immediately after that, a picture is taken, and two different spirit voices can be heard conversing. Voice #1 says what sounds like "He took it away" then voice #2 growls "The lights dimmed" and voice #1 responds "He turned it off!"

In this recording, PRISM lead investigator Josie J. gets a spike on her EMF meter and says, "Definitely a good place to film is right over here" and then the growling male spirit voice can be heard speaking twice. The first thing said is unknown and the second thing said sounds like "It's big!"
