PRISM founder David Rodriguez and PRISM investigator Ralph DeStefano conducted a preliminary investigation of the Oakwood Cemetery in Weeping Water, Nebraska. Baseline readings and photographs were taken around the cemetery. No anomalous EMF fluctuations were noted during the pre-investigation and nothing out of the ordinary was noted in the photographs taken.
