History of Home:
The PRISM team was contacted on April 14, 2005 by a family located in downtown Omaha Nebraska. The family had been experiencing paranormal activity since they moved into their home, but just recently, the activity began to escalate. The activity included apparitions of a tall man being seen in the living room, sounds heard of things being moved around the house and the front door to the house being opened then slammed shut in the middle of the night, mysterious cold spots felt around the house, and reports of the bed in the master bedroom shaking in the middle of the night, and one a guest in the house even reported the sensation of being grabbed by the ankles while sleeping and then heard a male voice whispering in her ear "Get out of this house!". The family has two young children, and one phenomenon that had been occurring since their move into the house is hearing the sound of the deceased grandmother singing a Czech nursery song to their daughter while she is sleeping in her crib. This is usually accompanied by the smell of the perfume that the grandmother wore while she was alive.

On April 16, 2005, David Rodriguez, Dan Christianson, and Josie R. visited the Omaha residence. The family and some of their friends were interviewed, and photographs were taken along with baseline EMF and temperature readings of the home.
